I’m Kaili Ets - Occupational Therapist & Craniosacral Therapist

Kaili is more than a mama and wife; she's a passionate advocate for all things baby-related. With a profound love for infants, she dedicates herself to supporting moms overwhelmed by the intricacies of babyhood from sleep to development, to reflux, fussiness and tongue-ties.

With extensive training and experience as a pediatric occupational therapist, Kaili is uniquely positioned to guide her clients through their parenting journey. Her advanced certifications in pediatric sleep, reflux, and infant craniosacral therapy further enrich her skill set.

Kaili truly believes in the magic of craniosacral therapy and the powerful impact it can have on a child's well-being. She understands that birth can be a challenging process for babies, often leading to compression, stretching, and body tightness and that baby bodywork is an important piece of the puzzle in relieving this tension and tightness. Baby body tightness can affect development, feeding, and overall regulation. Kaili's goal is to help your baby and young child function at their best.

In addition to offering craniosacral therapy for babies and young children, Kaili specializes in creating clear, actionable plans that address key areas of concern for new moms: sleep, development, reflux, oral motor play and tongue- re-training pre/post frenectomy, and overall well-being.

Kaili's work is developmentally driven and attachment-focused, rooted in evidence-informed practices. Her ultimate goal is to embolden mamas, guiding them to have the courage to step into their innate confidence by tuning into and trusting their maternal instincts, becoming the super moms they're meant to be.

Recently I have completed courses at The Institute of Functional Medicine and am currently enrolled in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. I firmly believe nutrition and physiology are essential to a person’s health and well-being.

I am always interested in learning and I am constantly on the lookout for courses that will further enrich my understanding of the human body and health.

Every person is unique with their own lived history and story. Genetics, biomechanics, and environment all impact health, which is why every client receives individualized care. The goal is to teach you how to listen to your body, to recognize when things are not quite right, and to take proactive control over your health.

A multidisciplinary approach is often required which is why I use osteopathy as a foundation but incorporate functional medicine and nutrition into my practice. If referrals are required I have a wonderful group of colleagues I trust.
