I’m Brianne Lalande - Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Brianne has over fifteen years of experience in the wellness industry as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
A graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy, she was honored with the William Garner Sutherland Thesis Awardfor her research on diabetes in Indigenous populations.
Treatments with Brianne will gently calm the nervous system and restore a sense of equilibrium to promote the body’s innate ability to renew and heal.
Her client base enjoys the range and depth of her treatment modalities, which include:
· Cranial sacral therapy
· Massage
· Myofascial techniques
· Joint mobilizations
· Visceral manipulations
Brianne loves to unravel complex health histories and unlock new insights into her client’s health. Her goal is to balance the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellness.
Outside the treatment room, you'll find Brianne enjoying the serenity of nature or vibing to her favorite indie rock bands. She lives in Toronto with her husband and the coolest cat in town, Binx.
Recently I have completed courses at The Institute of Functional Medicine and am currently enrolled in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. I firmly believe nutrition and physiology are essential to a person’s health and well-being.
I am always interested in learning and I am constantly on the lookout for courses that will further enrich my understanding of the human body and health.

Every person is unique with their own lived history and story. Genetics, biomechanics, and environment all impact health, which is why every client receives individualized care. The goal is to teach you how to listen to your body, to recognize when things are not quite right, and to take proactive control over your health.
A multidisciplinary approach is often required which is why I use osteopathy as a foundation but incorporate functional medicine and nutrition into my practice. If referrals are required I have a wonderful group of colleagues I trust.
