Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer direct billing.

Your initial assessment will be a chance to connect with your practitioner and learn their approach to health care. It will include a comprehensive health history, goal setting, a physical exam, and treatment (time-permitting). Following the initial assessment your practitioner will develop a treatment plan which may include home exercises, supplementation and other treatment recommendations. Our philosophy to health is a proactive approach.

Please bring a list of all your current medications and supplements. It is important to include the brand and form of supplement. For example: Magnesium Glyciante by Metagenics not magnesium.

Please bring copies of your most recent blood work and scans (x-rays, MRI, ultrasound).

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Therapy can involve treatment far away from the area of concern therefore athletic shorts and stretchy leggings are recommended.

Most clients benefit from 3-4 osteopathy appointments. We recommend booking appointments 2 weeks apart for the first three appointments and 3-4 weeks for any following appointments.

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment time we kindly request that you provide us with 48 hours' notice.

Any appointment either canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at a rate of 50% of the fee for the scheduled service. Same day cancellations, rescheduling requests or no shows will be billed 100% of the fee. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to the credit card on your account, and a receipt sent by email. Cancellation fees are not eligible for direct billing or covered by insurance. We understand that sometimes circumstances come up that are outside of our control. However, last minute cancellations impact the therapists and our ability to make the time available to our clients on wait lists/looking for a sooner appointment. As a result, our policy applies for all clients and cancellation reasons.

Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-Transfer and Cash. For cash payments change is not available but a credit can be applied to your account for future appointments.
