Meet the Team
“I understand that people play an active role in their recovery and recognize the benefits of both nutrition and exercise.”

I truly believe you know your body best. I will act as a facilitator of health to help you be the best version of yourself.
LET ME INTRODUCE
I’m Leah Henderson - Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Kinesiologist
Growing up in a small town Southern, Ontario I dreamed wildly and explored daily. My interests include all physical activity and anything outdoors, especially sports.
Every person is unique with their own lived history and story. Genetics, biomechanics, and environment all impact health, which is why every client receives individualized care. The goal is to teach you how to listen to your body, to recognize when things are not quite right, and to take proactive control over your health.

I aim to restore balance within the body, promote healing and provide therapeutic treatment tailored to each client.
LET ME INTRODUCE
I’m Kiera Di Leonardo - Registered Massage Therapist & Osteopathic Techniques
Having participated in high-level soccer from a young age, I was drawn to the wonders of the human body, especially as I recovered from various injuries including a concussion. I was receiving treatment from several practitioners, where I was first introduced to osteopathy.
I am currently studying at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, integrating my growing manual therapy techniques into my massage therapy practice to best address clients’ wellness goals. I am happy to work collaboratively with other practitioners as part of your health and wellness journey.

I aim to create harmony within my clients, creating a space to support the body's natural ability to restore health, allowing it to respond with vitality and resilience.
LET ME INTRODUCE
I’m Leandri Kers - Craniosacral Therapist & Osteopathic Techniques
Bringing 15 years of experience to her health and wellness practice, Leandri offers gentle and intuitive osteopathy, helping clients feel calm, balanced, and more connected to their bodies.
Her professional journey began in South Africa, where she practiced as an optometrist for over six years. After moving to Canada in 2016, Leandri discovered the profound healing benefits of osteopathy while working with concussion patients in a behavioural optometry clinic.
Inspired by the holistic belief that each person has the innate capacity to heal, she is now in her final year of a Diploma in Osteopathy Manual Practice at the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy (formerly Canadian College of Osteopathy).
Leandri's ongoing training and areas of focus include:
· Concussion therapy
· Pediatrics and child development
· Women's health, including fertility, pregnancy, and birth
· Craniosacral therapy
· Chronic pain management
With a compassionate and client-focused approach, Leandri listens intently to her clients, creating a space to release tension, restore balance, and renew the mind, body, and spirit.
Her treatments are so calming that clients often achieve profound relaxation, leaving them refreshed and recharged.
When she's not helping clients feel their best, Leandri enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. A book lover, she always has a travel novel at her bedside table and secretly dreams of having the superpower to time travel.

I look at all aspects of an individual's symptoms and how everything is connected.
